It is my distinct honour to announce that BGen (Ret’d) Stafford is appointed Honorary Lieutenant-Colonel of The Royal Regiment of Canada, effective immediately.

It is also my distinct honour to express appreciation to HLCol Voss on behalf of The Regiment for all of his tireless efforts and never-ending commitment to supporting The Regiment during his tenure as Honorary Lieutenant-Colonel.

Please join me in thanking HLCol Voss on his great accomplishments as our HLCol and in congratulating HLCol Stafford on his appointment.
