Good day,
I am happy to invite you to join me and other Canadians, Veterans and Service personnel to hear the Hon. Jean Charest and learn how he plans to restore respect for our veterans by introducing a Canadian Armed Forces Service Benefits Act.
Under the Trudeau government, little has been achieved to support veterans meaningfully. His government has not improved benefits and supports for disabled and injured veterans despite broad promises in 2015 to do so. Our veterans deserve better.
Jean’s proposals include low-cost mortgages, loans to start new businesses, and grants for education. Jean Charest will commit to major investments in healthcare provision, including significant mental health supports.
